Last update: the doctor told Rachael that everything is going well, but no sign that Alexander is coming soon. Rachael has another appointment set for Monday if she hasn't had Alexander yet.
Meantime, Claudia is getting mighty close. Her last appointment shows that Gabriela has dropped into place and that all systems are go, go, go!
