Sorry, Chuck

Im sorry that you get all the blame for all the goffy post.
Im sorry that you are not able to defend yourself.
Im sorry that you are not able to defend your personal opinions.
Im sorry that you will get blamed for the future of the failure of this blog.
Im sorry that when someone dosnt sign their name, you get blamed.
Im sorry that you get blamed for miss spelleed words.

Most of all --- Im sorry that we are not able to get to know you better.

SOME CARS ARE EVIL

Ok, these are the facts: Most NW electricity is from hydro, hydro is killing Salmon. Every mile A Zap is driven it is killing little baby Salmon! Have you considered how their mother's feel about that? Another thing, Saab cars are from Sweden, Sweden was the largest contributer of steel to Nazi Germany during the WW2, which helped to support Sweden's car industry. So Suzie is benefiting from Hitler's Nazi machine, and all the parties he held in Obersalzberg! Signed - Chuck

I THOUGHT APPLE WAS PERFECTED BEFORE RELEASE!

Holes for Hackers

One of the vulnerabilities repaired by the new version could have allowed for remote code execution by hackers. This would have allowed the intruders to direct the browser to a phony Web site that could install malware on the computer running the browser. Other holes in Safari 3.0.1 could have opened the door for cross-site scripting attacks, using JavaScript code and malformed HTTP (hypertext transfer protocol).

Additionally, before the upgrade, some Safari users were vulnerable to an outsider editing information in the URL (uniform resource locator) bar. This would allow a bad Web site to appear with the address of a good one.

Many of the patches repair instability issues and performance bugs. Sometimes, for example, the unpatched version of Safari for Windows would quit while non-English users were entering information into text fields. There are improvements to the way the browser handles some Adobe (Nasdaq: ADBE) Latest News about Adobe Web applications as well as Yahoo (Nasdaq: YHOO) Latest News about Yahoo Widgets and Google Reader.

The latest release is more adept at handling RSS (really simple syndication) feeds, empty content-type headers, and HTTP and NTLM (NT LAN, or local area network, manager) authentication. Also improved are the browser's compatibility with some processors and video cards.
Still in the Kitchen

Apple will continue to improve the browser, noting it is planning to add PAC (proxy auto-configuration) file auto-detection, FTP (file transfer protocol) directory listings, cookie management, spell-checking, and support for page numbers, titles and margins when printing Web pages, the company said.

Apple didn't waste any time in offering the patches, said David Maynor, chief technical officer of Errata Security.

"They released them in generally a short amount of time," he told MacNewsWorld. "They fixed some critical bugs in there. I'm somewhat impressed with the response time on that."

Nevertheless, he said some problems unearthed by Errata remain even in the latest Safari version. "The bugs we found are still unfixed," said Maynor. Signed-Chuck

How was your week

...Mine was pretty good.
It seems that the longer im at my job the easier it gets. What makes it even better is the places i have to deliver to.
This week i had delivery to Brookings, which is about 20 miles north of the Oregon/California border.
I spent the night at Jim and Sandys place. Got to spend some time with Jim, just kicking back and shooting the bull. And getting to know each other a little better. I do feel sorry for him though having to put up with me. We have some pretty awsome brothers and sisters. The more i spend time with them the more i know im blessed.
I sure do like CC and would really like to retire there if i ever get a chance to retire, The ocean the boats and the rocky coast are just up my ally. strange for some one who does not eat fish. I drove up the coast and just enjoyed the beauty of Gods creation and the wonder of how much He loves me.

Our new greenhouse

Here's a pic of a greenhouse I just finished We've been wanting one for quite awhile and so we just decided to go ahead and build one. I used 6 mil plastic sheeting for the top and sides except for the front where I used clear Lexan and acrylic. It's amazing the temperature inside and outside. Now, to plant some tomatoes. That's Sandi's job.

Listen closely.........................

Schools out, schools out, schools out for summer. Did you hear that? Schools out, schools out, schools out for summer. Listen closely. Schools out, schools out, schools out for summer.
That’s the sound of summer vacation starting for those of us in Crescent City. See, yesterday was the last day with the kids and today we had to report, but basically just to finish cleaning the room and file some papers. So, vacation has officially begun. Deck, here I come.

Lisi

I heard Lisi is in the hospital again. After a stay in nursing care, she went back home, but now she is back in the hospital. Please say a little prayer for her and Lili and Jess, who faithfully stay by her side and do all they can to make her comfortable. I have offered whatever I could: time, money, etc. But Lili says they are doing ok. So I guess what's left is good wishes and prayers. I think it's harder for Lueuria then the rest. She is the one who is kinda on the outside, but is so concerned for her mom. I know we are all there for her support.

I am looking forwards to our reunion and pray we are all there this year. I know we all have issues, family, personal and health. Even without the details; I hope we all just rememeber to say a prayer for all our loved ones. I know my family could use that umbrella of prayers and faith from each of you and I will prayer my faith and prayers will reach each of you and yours.

Measure Love by what?

I've been thinking about guilt and possessions since Suzie wrote about it. Think about it, it would be wrong to measure 'if we are right in the sight of God', because of what 'we have'. Instead, our measure should be about what others don't have when they are with us. Remember the bible story about the Rich man and Lazerous? The rich man didn't end up in the torment of Hell because he was rich, but because Lazerous suffered at his doorstep. Don't worry if you've accumulated a bit more than your neighbor, only worry if your neighbor has a righteous complaint about your lack of compassion after he's encountered you. And a 'righteous complaint' must be defined by God.

Measures by possessions are false. They don't adequately describe the character of the rich -or the poor; the rich in money are only truly rich if their heart is able to feel and do compassion. In addition, the poor in material things are truly poor if they only count richness by material wealth. Therefore, both can end up as the rich man in that bible story.

No doubt Suzie will be envied by some poor people, but by what measure? I suggest if someone wants a true account of her love, ask those who are closest to her. I think she'll pass the test. She may not buy Lazerous an Audi, but I'll bet she'll give him a ride. Which is actually the same thing, seeing one has arrived!

Life is good !

Ok ... I spoke to Jim last night and he helped me get on this ' thing ' . Peter, I tried with your directions. Just seems like with these technical devices .. I really weigh in on the light( right ) side of my brain .. and I am left handed. So now that I am here, look out. I am probably one of your deepest siblings.

But first off, I want to let everyone know .. I've enjoyed reading the posts. It's been fun to know we are actually ' linked 'and can rech out in some way.

I just closed on a house that my man and I bought. It is paradise in the city. Well Springfield isn't really a city, yet it is. It sits on almost 2 acres of land on a little hill ammidst the trees. The train track runs right behind our property. I'm not sure if we're on the right or wrong side of the tracks. However, if you ask some; they would say buying in Springfiend would put us on the wrong side anyone.

Isn't it funny how people are judgmental about where a person lives .. but here they are and probably a lot of places. But now I have a home in both cities. I guess, i'm both right and worng. Good place for me to be, I can weign in on both sides of the track.

I bought my little dream car; an Audi TT Roadster last week after the signing. I feel a little guilty for being so blessed when the world around me aren't all blessed as I am. I pray every day, I am following God's will in my life. And if He asks me to give it all back, I will. I don't know why I deserve to ahve eveerything I eveer dreamed of anyway. I have a wonderful man in my life, who I actually think I'll keep this time. What more could I ever ask for and actaully never have?

The kids are doing fine. Chardo will be out amongst us within 2 years. I am so happy and excited for that day. He is healthy and his faith is good. He'd love to hear from anyone. He's on short time now so you know ( well probably don't know ) it's an anxoius time. Rememeber him in your prayers.

Ok .. that's enough for Chapter one.

family tree response.

The problem with trying to do a family tree is this. instead of branches being at the top of the tree, the roots would be at the top.
Example:
Lisi, Lili and suzi were adopted by E.W. Lange.
E.W. Lange had a son named Jack.
Jack adopted Bonnie.
Jack and Betty Lange never adopted me, But yet Bonnie is my sister as is Lisi, Lili, Suzi.
I however Called Jack and Betty mom & dad.
Now Lisi and Lili and Suzi were Jacks sisters by adoption.
So by Jack being my dad they are now my aunts.
BUT Jack is also Lisi, Lili and Suzis' Brother as they are also my Sisters.
Following this line Bonnie is the aunt of Lisi, Lili and suzie who are the Sisters of Jack.
Now my sisters who are also my aunts are the sisters of my Dad (jack) but not the brother of Bonnie?
So in conclusion I am my own uncle and my own brother and my dad is my brother. And by common law. If it so exist
Not related to any of you jokers:)

Glenda is coming out of the Dark Ages

I just completed my semester at SF City College and I am now free for the summer. I figure this is as good a time as any to try and teach this old dog some new tricks! Sandy, I am going to be counting on you to help me get back at that "Chuck" guy; Illa, your going to have to help us get some good pictures this next family reunion. I see by surfing the site a little bit that there is the capability to send your photos from the cell phone to the blog site...I get so jealous when I see these kool pictures on the blog that it makes me want to learn how to put my pictures up. I took some good ones when Lydia came out for my Mother's Day....I just hope I can learn how to do it before Lydia grows old and becomes a grandmother!! Hey, Jim & Sandi, I will be looking forward to seeing you at the wedding.

Email from Bonnie

Hey Dick, I just wanted you to know Rick and I will be on the road for about a month now, I may be out of touch with this computor for awhile. But will get in touch when ever I can. I love you little brother. Take good care of yourself. I haven't had a chance to contact everyone, so who ever you talk to let them know, I'm off line for now.

I think its a good thing for them. I cant imagine being married and driving truck at the same time. If i was married my wife would have to go with me or do something else.Im only gone 3-4 days a week, for the most part, I cant imaigane 3-4 weeks and being gone from your spouse that long.
Maybe its my own insecurities but I believe its hard to have and keep a relationship built like that. Im really glad the Bonnie and Rick are on the road together again.

Hmmmmmmmm...

Why is it that I see a serious lack of participation in our very own place in cyberspace? Maybe it's the name that's intimidating. Maybe it should be All Extended Family Blog which includes the Rouzaud / Garcia Family. Really, all you 'readers' out there, your opinion, perspective, and or story has got to be just as interesting as anything posted so far. So, give it a whirl. Put your thoughts out in cyberspace and don't be intimidated by anyone's comments. In-laws, out-laws, shirt-tail cousins like it or lump it, we're all related. I promise if the only place that your picture is in public is on the Post Office wall, I'll never tell.
