Hmmm...I started working as an appraiser for the Del Norte County Assessor's office...looks likes that deck is going to increase your taxes.
Make sure you've notified your local Assessor's office or else you might get hit with "Escaped Assessments" whenever they discover it. In that case you could get hit with four years worth of taxes all rolled into one lump sum...and that's not fun!
