when it rains....

Like gets interesting.
a couple of weeks ago my Bronco was making all sorts of vibrations. The way it was acting i thought it was the transmission. Took it to have it checked out and I was told that maybe the tranny was going out on me. Took it in for a second opinion and the transmission shop came up with something else. Not the tranny. Maybe ujoints in the drive line. He just called and couldnt get it to mimic whats going on.
So Im borrowing Mitches little car, and the other night i started to smell something hot. The windshield would instantly fog, and the check coolant light came on. Got a quart of coolant at the gas station, 6 bucks, put it in and the light went out. But no heat. Parked in the drive way and woke up the next morning and puddles under the car. Put stop leak in it, so far so good.
yesterday the garage door spring broke. and i have a bad tooth.
OH FUN!!!!

Didn't your mother tell you there would be days like this? Mine did, but she didn't tell me why they would come in groups like this. She did tell me that, "this too shall pass." When you figure it out let me know.

Maybe it was Helen, I can't remember who, they said just that: "my favorite scripture is, and it came to pass".

Well, at least a carrier bearing is easier than a tranny.

well, I had to break down and get the tooth pulled. the Dr that did it did a real good job. When he gave me the shots, i could not feel it at all.
It took him about 30 mins to get that sucker out.

I truly believe trials are put in our lives to teach us many lessons, to build our character and to remeind us that we are totally dependent on God and there is a reason for everything. Without Him we are nothing. With Him we have Hope and Strength for all the stuff we go through during our lives on earth. I can't wait until HE brings it to an end, I long for His eternity. This is what makes everything durable and hopeful. His word and promises are solid and he never lies, He is the same yesterday today and tomorrow. Our God is an awesome and loving God. No matter how many times we screw up He will never turn His back on us.

Just like a women, never parks on the wrong side of the street! Com'on Bonnie, live dangerously sometimes. Ya gotta understand, men are (generally) lazy; we don't like walking so far across the street, or going all the way down the street, doing a u-turn then parking "legally". We don't like making our bed either, or..... You're married, you should know these things already.

well i had to park uphill because my truck is leaking from the rear main seal. I let gravity control the leak.
yes peter, i was to lazy to walk all the way across the street and there is the other car parked in the driveway.
