good question Suzi. my understanding was that it was going to be at Jedediah state park near crescent city area. that was the last i heard. things change.
With all that is going on "JIM" probably has dropped the ball on it. just kidding Jim.

Yeah, if Jim doesn't want to run another lap, he'd better get on it (just to use the teacher vernacular of a teacher)

Hey, if Jed Smith is the consensus I'll check out reserving a group site. So, speak now or forever run a lap. Any ideas for dates?

Peter, I think it would be more like... I" want 1000 lines written. "Hey, if Jed Smith is the consensus I'll check out reserving a group site. So, speak now or forever run a lap." Due by monday before class.

August is safe. Athena's got the same teacher next year as she did this year, and I really don't want to have to deal with her missing the first week of school again. Independent Study is bad enough, but the teacher and I have personality conflicts that I'd rather not have result in locking horns over work.

I hope it lets me post this time.

Personally, I prefer to get off of the coast and go somewhere more summer ish and warm...with and pool. And palm trees...yeah. Can you tell it's been cold here lately? LOL

We'll have to see how thing are going with Lisi and her Dr. appts. and future treatments.
Rick and I have plans over the 4th of July and on our anniversary the 11th of July.

Our plan are to go to Suzy's on the twins bday, (25th of May).

Where ever is ok by Karen and I. I can certainly see the desire of the locals to go to another place. Young people like activities, so that's an important consideration. Ease of travel is another thing, especially for those who have medical issues. This has no bearing on us if we make it or not - but our druthers is "warm". AND, who knows maybe Bon will find Russel Crow in his bikini!!!!

When I was down at Chucks, I found some great locations and a place the young people would love. Also my sister could arrange her treatment there, and the greatest auntique place, also a lot of great places to see, have thought of moving down that way, for a winter location and my buy a house there.....

Hahaha, does Russel Crowe have a bikini? Hey I'm glad that someone else likes warm besides me...I was beginning to feel like the "achy old lady". Old bones, ya know. I like the Medford area just because it's on 1-5, lots to do, and it's warm. It's about 1/2 way for the Portland people and the SF bay area/Sacto people. So that's my vote. I don't know about the allergies that people have, what they're allergic too etc, though, so sorry if my vote doesn't work for you.

About Russel, this is what I was referring to: http://rouzaudgarcia.blogspot.com/2007/10/hey-dick-how-ya-feeling-today-sore-yes.html

Hey I am getting a house in AZ if all goes well .. you're all welcome to crash there. It sits on a 1/2 acre, has a pool and hot tub and sits in Scottsdale AZ. plenty of room for RV and tents .. LOL!
