It's Jim wearing a wig, and dressed like a black and white Yettie. Yep, it's Suzie. In the background are Peter Jr., high in the tree, Nathan approaching the tree and, I'm pretty sure, Lueria in the yellow. I know the date, I'll let other's guess.

I think it was 1979, that would have made Suzie about 35?

I still think that is lureia. if you look at the smile its the same.
It is suzy, she has the same smile as Lueria, took a lot of the same trait as Suzy, in looks and body. Jim and Sandy wedding.
