Hi Illa; you know how summers are, the only people who have any time are those over-paid teachers. They are so busy fishing, they don't have time either. So, how's that for opening a great subject?

I'm glad that you opened that subject, but you forgot to add the rest of the story. You forgot to add that sign makers make more than teachers! Remember, you chided me for deciding to go into teaching and asked, "Won't you be taking a pay cut? Yes, Peter, you're right, but some us are like the Hebrew National Hotdog. Some of us "answer to a higher calling."

Well, I was expecting a better fight than that! I wouldn't take that job for twice what I make. I'm trying to remember what Sandi once said years ago, in her class, the the percentage of kids that come from dysfunctional homes. I truly appreciate the dedication of teachers. However, there are some real nuts out there- the ones that ever work into the summer!

next week im doing the sierra nevada again and suppose to do a back haul from reno. i f i have time ill stop by. see what happens.
