Well i got inspired and made banana bread. But i am using Blue Agave sweetener in it. The batter is reallly good. I just hope i didnt mess up by using wd-40 to coat the pan.

OK, I'm trying to figure who this is: 'kidding about having a baby, this has got to be a girl'. Glenda might cook like this, but she's too old to have a baby. "Inspired" to cook banana bread, implies this is a novice cook - therefore young. Wd-40 is little known by the ladies, unless they have helped their dad a lot. Maybe Teresa, but,I don't think Teresa would use artificial sweetener for banana bread! Lueria is likely to know what WD-40 is, since might have use for it on her bike. But when does Lueria have time to Bake. I think it's Dick, making us believe it's a girl!
i didn't use artificial sweetener. Blue agave is a natural sweetener taken from, you guessed it, the agave plant. Which is the same plant that they use to make good tequila.
Oh and thank you peter for the complement that im young.

Frankly, I was surprised that it made it to the oven after you said the batter was good. Agave to 'ya.

Since you went strangely silent for several hours after this post, I guess it's safe to assume that
a.) the bread was good
b.) the bread is gone
Good job, glad that the B.A. was a good substitute for the white evil... hehehheee

I was kind of hoping that Carlene was going to be able to come over last night or tonight. so i saved some.
The BA has a lower glycemic level to it. I did use some of the evil white stuff, not much. I was short about 1/4 cup.
