tonights menu



on the menu tonigh is...
1/2 chicken brest with a dash (or 2) of garlic powder
roasted carrott slices
a portion of brown rice with a dash of soy sauce
and slices of succlulant sweet red bell peppers

well i got to be honest. most of my meals come from either "Trader Joes" or "Zupans" The rice is precooked and all i have to do is nuke it. The veggies are usually precooked also. i either bake or steam them for a couple of minutes, except for the bell peppers. the chicken I get out of the butchers case and I grill it in the George Forman grill. Im actually working on cutting down on my portions.
