Lisi & Lili
I would love to be with you Illa. But I need to see that Lisi is safe, and with the cold and her legs, she needs to be close to her medical team. She is having problems with her legs, so I don't think the drive would be good. I know we don't wish to have you worry trying to come. We will be there in our hearts. But, know if we could we'd be there. Ben, would dish to have his special sister safe, and also he would know I would see to this. Love Lili

Lili, Jess, Lisi, sorry your not going to make it. Lisi, get better soon! Karen and I are pretending there is no snow or ice. We're going to go as far as we can. From what we can tell, Redding East is the least amount of snow. If anyone has any better info, let us know. See ya later. PnK
We went to Athen's Christmas Pagent,Talent show in Weed last night. If is ipen and 89 is open and pretty clear. Don't know how long tho. The fog is pretty bad. Took us about 2 hours to get back. Our area was the worst on the roads. This below zero temp keeps it from thawing clear.
We have no water now for 24 hours. Pump is frozen. We have been -16 for 3 days now. Wonder how the pipes will be once the pump thaws out. Have a heat light on in the pump house trying to thaw it out. Went out last night (Tue) to turn it on when found no water and the door was open a bit. Have no idea how long it was that way but nost likely all summer. Also doesn't want to close right so have it propped shut but it still leaks the heat out. So will probably be out of water for several more days and then will have to rebuild the door.
So I am actually glad that not all is braving the elements. I really hope it warms up soon. We have gone 2 weeks before without water when it has -35. So far it hasn't gotten that cold yet that I know of. It might tho. Never can tell.
Thank you for wanting to come tho. I am glad that you are thinking of Lisi tho. Ben would especially have wanted that. So take care and we will see you this summer.
