As you can see my bro, I have been thru it to. But, remember, life sucks and then we die. So before you give up, FIGHT SOME MORE if ya gotta Can't really say my life has been roses. You know what I have gone thru also, marriage trouble, house fire, cancer and the stuff even before that. Yet, I was able to find good in life,a good family,my first family and my faith again. Be strong as we ALL are, none of us grew up in a bed of roses !! Never forget that. And what we go thru is NOTHING compared to what God and Jesus did plus do because They can see what we are going thru, plus others before and after us.

I don't know if I can remember that far back.
Lets see; working in a gas station, fabricating toy redwood log trucks, commercial salmon, crab, shrimping in Crescent City, commercial black cod fishing in Alaska. Working at a fish hatchery, operating a chipper at a mill, apprentice mason, apprentice plumber. Pull machine operator, climber, bucker, faller (woods jobs). Machinist, sign painter, teacher.
Some pretty long, and others that were pretty damn short, but still too long.
Different paths to get us all to the same place, dependency on something larger than ourselves.

Carpe diem,
Jim

Dick, you did ask !! I am sure the other guys and gals have had quite a few also !! I was just trying to get you to understand we all had and have troubles. That does include jobs . Me, personally, I hope to add new jobs to the list. lol
While being retired IS nice, I had not planned on it for another 5 years. Now, I have to try and find something that can work with my health and treatments.
You GOT to know we all love and care how you feel too !!

I bet that would be Jim, boy Rick could do that if it is drawing or painting signs. My neighbor and I want to start a small pet bourding buisness, Rick already has a sign disigned for it of Noahs ark. He had used it for a childrens song he wrote for Heritage Singers when he traveled with them.
