In all seriousness, and I'm deadly serious about this. On this eve of the birth of Christ (not that I question the birth, but rather the date), I wish all a very happy, healthy, and happy Christmas to be enjoyed with family. Finally the little ones are asleep - remember how it was? Merry Christmass to all.
I was just thinking, with all our techno stuff, it still aint like being with you all. I haven't figured out why it is, but the holidays just don't feel right if someone is missing; and I am missing all of you more and more.
Ben and Illa, sounds like you guys are alone this Christmass, hey, try to find a way to make it special. Remember, you'll be spending the day with the most important person in the world.

You are never really alone when you hold your loved ones in your heart. This is something new we are having to learn. Sharing the kids with other sides of the family. we are no longer a single unit. It is extended as everyone's become when their children grow up and have families of their own. we learn that it doesn't really matter what day you celebrate, just the being together is what counts. It is good that the grandkids are able to have time on the special days with the other grandparents. Even BJ is learning that with his additional families.
