Another Loss yet gain

Illa received a call that her aunt in New Castle had passed away at the age of 93. Last time she saw her was in 1994 when we drove thru on our way to Florida. Another bell sounds in the air as the heavens open for her to enter a new and better life. BG

Sorry to hear the news. It's another reminder that we are the next generation. We are, who she was.

Wow, what a ripe old age! I'm very sorry for your loss Illa, and I love "other's" wish about the bells. May it be so.

sending you our hugs.

Her service was Monday. I don't know who all was there but the immediate family. the rest of us are all scattered. There is now only one of dad's sisters left. she is a year or two younger that Aunt Alta. Grandma and grandpa came from Canada in a covered wagon to Nebraska in 1900. I don't know what happened to the home place there when they moved to New Castle, Co. in the 30's. I don't know too much of the family history and the last links are almost gone. What shame. She was a great lady. reminds me a lot of me. Maybe i took after her. Illa
