now, if I can use geese, there are about 500 right across the fence and quite a few sand hill cranes. Really cool when they fly over, you can hear the wind whoose thru the wings. The other day so many had been together and so low they actually scared the cows and the cows ran to the other pasture. This valley is really a good place, a view of MT Shasta, Mt Lassen and yet the best of all, I live here
