The good news is I asked lots of questions and got some answers for him and Aunt Suzie. at 10:30 am He will need to be get an appointed attorney then can ask for bail. They could not change bail till he had one. They set the dates to aug 12 for a car accadent with only car damage not a person. Even after Aunty payed the bail for that one this last monday. And another charge for another time was a dine and dash So they kept it in limbo till now. Crazy, Its a 50.00 charge and because he didn't show up for court they put him in contempt. You know crazy he was in prison so how can he show up for that in another state. Again remember this happen 20 years ago plus has not been to trial. Also 20 years ago if you didn't show they would not release you on bail. ( a law 20 years ago). they have to follow the law then, even if that is not the law now. We would need to wait to find out the attorney's name and best case he would see a judge Friday. ( like don't hold your breath)
Ok the good news is We ask the Judge and the defensive attorney there what to do. They were nice to give us an "in "what to do. So we did it and told Richardo story to his appointed attorney assistant at 12:00. Later today Aunt Suzie found out the attorney was able to moved up his arrainment to friday! God is good. He opened all the doors. We did our homework and found out this attorney is great for this. They are hoping to have both dismissed. He will need to go to court on the 12 and 18. But we are hoping to get bail posted and allowed friday.
So at least we are hoping he can go home till then. Everyone we talked to can't believe this happen to Rachardo. This all should have been taken care of before released from prison.

Good job Lueria, please keep us posted. If you happen to communicate to Chardo, remind him of Romans 8.28 - though I expect he is remembering it. Meanwhile, we'll keep praying.
Hope all things work out. It would be great if they could dismiss them. It is stupid to expect someone to show up at court when they are already incarcerated but they say that is now excuse. To me that is the best one you can come up with. So now, all you can do is jump thru their hoops the best you can and hope you land on your feet when done. I hope and pray that you get a good Judge and that he takes all that into consideration which they are supposed to do anyway but some don't.
Anyway a note, if any of this happened before he was 18 ask the lawyer to try to close his record of that time while he is working on this other. That way nothing he did as a youth can be considered. That should help for a lot of things.

Ben had that done for him way back in 75 and then we had that done when BJ had his problems so now he has a clean slate.
I well be praying for him, and Chuck Just said, Pray to the Lord, and leave it in His hands,From State to State, it can create problems, and in a way, with all the past, now and in his youth, that also can be removed, from the date of 18, I do know we have some great judges in Portland, as some have placed those, that came before him,in my care.
I will keep everyone in prayer, as this family have had our feel with things this last year, l know that the most important thing, is that we have each other and are there for each of us, as a family,.... I will be returning after the 20th, as Chuck does not need me, and he is doing as he wishes, but he is aware I will return if needed, as have my home location, at his place.
Aunt Suzie is amazing how she stands and helps her kids. Wow! I so love her. I respect how much she is there for them. I hope i have the close nit family as she has when my kids are all grown. I feel so special to be by her side with this. hugs I will tell him all your thoughts. But I do believe he was 18 at the time of these problems. But I will ask them about his age. hugs

Sis, I am so glad you have Lueria by your side now. Give Chardo or love. We are working like mad to get back there to be with you. We are having a garage sale from now until the 16th. We are with you in spirit. Remember God knows the reason for everything. Continue to keep your faith and trust in Him. It's easy to trust God in the good times. What Chardo is going through right now will prepare him even more for helping others that feel hopeless when he gets home.

You know something, this family is so tight,we may have our issues and I am so proud of Lueria as I see her grow, and be aware,it's true, that we have all flavors in this family, as we come together, and also give space, but are always, there if asked, that is family.
I am so proud of each of the kids, and those that are close and far, Lueria, yo may be the only child, but you share such love and temperment, as all the other crumb snacker's, among all of these that you share out with.
