Mine is the treadmill. I usually go on it for an hour. I watch the Biggest Looser every week. In fact a joined the Biggest Looser club on the internet. Wish we could get something going with all us sisters to encourage eachother to get in shape. It's been a life long battle for me and I know life could be so much more enjoyable if I could win the battle of the bulge. At this age it's not about looking good as much as it is about feeling good and living longer.

Hay everyone keep your picture of high school as it is considered good picture ID, still can not get my SS until I get my birth record. But, also can use my adopted paper as ID, so that is 2, then I can get my SS replaced,... After that I can replace my drivers licence.
Then the car, and my driving back, to me able to deal with life, yaaaaa. Not the same with 911, gerrrrr
Will go for my passport so of again I have that safe, so no more repeat.

As for that show, I've not watched it. I probably could use more exercise too, it's so important to move your body. It wasn't designed to sit around all the time, and it's so amazing how quick it will lose tone.

911? What's up with 911? Every time I've ever had to call that number, response was great. Or is 911 something else in your area, and isn't Emergency Response? I know I've seen in some areas it's something else.
Not that nine eleven, when the twin towers were taken down by the plains, have to have ID, for everything.... Can not cash a check, credit card use.... Just life, as spoken in the last day's, marking every person.
I want to go back to TN, on business as soon as I deal with matters here, can't fly or take the train. So, if that can be done, I may have to have Bonnie come get me.
I loved it there and it was great to be able to breath, and wonderful to be with Bonnie and the short time with Rick. I do wish to return.
Jess and I have plans, and we wish to have some fun. Please if anyone has questions come to us, as we are the ones working out our new life.
I know we don't share a lot as we are in the talking mode, between us. Know we are making life long changes, and that is between us. So what we talk about is to get idea's, from those we talk with, and not shared out to others, as we are working with each other and also I have the lawyer dealing with stuff I don't handle.
Jess is doing great, and I also don't do anything without us talking, so he is aware of the changes going on, and also the problems I am dealing with. Right now he is working hard so he can get out of the place, so we can deal with what we need to, between the two of us.
It's hard enough as it is, and we are working for the new future Jess and I plan,... Thangs are changing as Jess and I wish, we are still working on if we will keep the place or let it go, and then where.
We are setting up future goals and the new work I wish to go into and Jess and I have personal plans in this, as we plan a brand new future. It is our life, we have some wonderful plans working with some of our family members. This is between these family members, and Jess and myself. That is also why we need to talk to those about this and see if they are willing to work in the area of what we share with them, and go no further.
Jess and I have a calling, in what we can offer, and also carry on our wishes. I am going back to work, but in my music, also sis has her plans for her future work. We wish to carry forward in our personal goals,....
That is all I will say, as Jess and I are making plans. Please know we do plan on working and if I go east, Jess and I will have goals here and on the east coast. Just because he retired, we are now planning what we always wished to do and worked for this ..... Love to all.
Lili and Jess, Well wishes with all of your future plans, business, goals, changes, work, and callings. It seems like every stage of life has its issues and problems to deal with. Just when I think that I see a clear path in front of me, something unexpected comes up and my perspective has to adapt to it.
It's good to hear that Jess is improving so quickly. Wow, what a situation to have to deal with! I admire both of you. Jim
It was great to see and/or talk to everyone that we could while up there. The ones that we did get to see, you looked awesome. Jess looked really great considering what he is going thru. Lili and Lisi, you guys both looked so happy and healthy.
Dick and Lueria, what can I say, It was great to connect. Hang in there, the teen years get over oh so much more quickly than you think. You will look back and think why did I let such and such get to me, it could have been a lot worse. You guys look so happy.
Suzy, you looked great, a little tired but you do have a huge lot on your plate to deal with but you have the strength and energy to be able to cope, oh so much better than I. I was thinking last night in the tub that I forgot to give you what I brought up to make sure you got of Ben's so I will get it mailed.
Peter, sorry that we didn't get to stop, but I was really happy not having to try and manuerver that trailer down your road. It was bad enough just trying to get to see and spend time with Teresa's friend who lives in Portland that she went to school with. And to think I drove truck with cows down city streets when I would get lost. But I think people tried to stay out of the way so that they wouldn't get splashed. We really got to do more than I thought we would be able to. Reminds me while I like to live in the country. I am just country bumpkin. I want to get a bumper sticker that says that. It is so TRUE.
Well, you all take care and I am so glad that things are working for Lili and Jess. I think you will enjoy living in the apt. Jess would have hurt himself working on the house trying to get it back into shape. I think you would be wise to sell it and use the proceeds to do what you would like. Just my 2 bits.
