Carpe Diem

To me, what everyone is saying, is embodied in 'carpe diem.' Yes, enjoy the day and even every essence and experience of every day. It will never happen again. For whatever reason, and all reasons, enjoy the day.

Henry David Thoreau said it best, "None are so old as those who have outlived enthusiasm."

Even Martin Luther King said that Henry David Thoreau was one of his molding influences.

You forgot to include to look inside, isn't that where our view point of everything comes from.
Just wanted to bring a bit of sunshine to your day by letting you here from me. Boy do I have an ego, I can't help it, look who I am related to.
Sandi, just want to say hi and I love ya, hope school kids are all treating you nice. You Jimbo, you deserve everything they dish out.
I love your doggie, how could you resist that face and those begging eyes. Hope he got his walk in the end. LOL
Why do I have to punch this thing twice some times to get it to post. Then I find out it did post the first time but did bring up that it went through. OH, well, I get two chances to bug you then.

Hey, wait a minute, what am I dishing out? I just present factual, objective information colored with a little hyperbole!

Do you guys SEE why I love James D. so very much? A poet wrapped in a woodsman. A 21st century Henry David living in a small corner of nowhere. He's the epitome of the Renaisssance Man, and he even knows how to grill tuna!

I'm the luckiest girl in the world. And Dick, we HAVE a room! Thank you.

Bonnie, hi to you too. My students are the best this year. Hope you're enjoying your time with your Renaissance man too! Hugs.

Yeh, but we must live in the political nirvana of the universe, not nowhere! Just yesterday we had Monica Lewinski's X-boyfriends wife's husband stumping for his ever-loving wife in Eureka. That's right, Bill Clinton was here, or rather, there, in Eureka. We didn't go, and we didn't invite him for some grilled tuna either!

Jim, be nice to us hill people !! I do not believe you are jealous of Bill, you should have gone and told him to "go home" !!

Bun, you miss read me. I did NOT say you're the poet of Eureka, and BC didn't come HERE. He went THERE! So that means, honey, that you're still in a small corner of nowhere, no matter how you slice it.

Furthermore, I've read that he's more of a Mickey D's kind of guy anyway. Don't waste your tuna on him.
