Reminds me of all the unwitting victims of chemicals and other hazards in the work place, ie: asbestos. Our bodies are not only stuffed & marinated, their cooked too! Karen's dad was a plasterer all his working life and they used a lot of asbestos in the early years. The scripture doesn't vainly say, 'the love of money is the root of all evil'; you gotta think these people who erected the towers had some idea that it might be harmful. Thanks be to God that he has sustained you and given you the strength to confront this.
I wonder at what point the government will acknowledge the fact there is indeed a reason behind many of the health issues that children, parents, and schools deal with every day. Many of these problems are by the choices that we make, but others are risks that we take that are unknown to us at the time. And, furthermore, what things are we doing now that are a problem lying in wait for us, and only time will tell?
I do hope that this suit is kept alive, and seen through, if nothing more than keeping the issue alive so more people are aware of it.
